- We reach out personally. Our front desk at Lazar Upper Cervical calls them to find a time that suits them. We don't text them.
- They come in for a gifted first visit with Dr. Lazar or someone personally trained by him. If he can help, he'll tell them. If not, he'll tell them that too.
